Cancellation, Booking, & Privacy Policy:

In strict accordance with consumer law, all bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of booking (only if this is more than 30 days before check-in) are eligible for a full refund. After this 14-day period and up to 7 days before check-in, cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the total booking cost. Any cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made.

A €30 fee will be applied for each set of linens provided by us; alternatively, you may bring your own linens. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of €300 for apartments accommodating up to 4 people and €500 for apartments accommodating up to 6 people is required at check-in. This deposit will only be returned after a comprehensive inspection of the property at check-out, provided there are no damages, violations of the rental agreement, or excessive cleaning required. This policy is designed to rigorously protect our property and enforce the terms of the rental agreement.
